All of the construction volunteers are asked to be on site for the required safety briefing at 8:00 a.m. or 12:30 p.m.. If you plan to eat at the site please come early so you can be ready to go to work at one of these scheduled times. The Site Project Manager does not have the time to properly brief stragglers on safety or work assignments; it's for everone's safety and convenience.
I can not over-emphasize the importance of arriving on time. Although not all volunteers can be instantly assigned a task at the completion of the briefing, their presence will facilitate the process greatly."
